Taking a look at the new agents usage legend, the ⬛ ⬛ legend item doesn't make any sense. It's copied from the license graph above, where we have a dotted line, but there's no dotted line in this graph.

The legend could probably just be deleted, in favor of providing precise definitions for "Actual", "Included" and "Limit".
