What happened?
try run VM as usual, got error
VirtualBox can't enable the AMD-V extension. Please disable the KVM kernel extension, recompile your kernel and reboot (VERR_SVM_IN_USE).

How can we reproduce this?
- install ubuntu 24.04 latest
- install latest kernel by
sudo apt install --install-recommends linux-generic-hwe-24.04 - install virtualbox from site(version was 7.1.12) or repo(version was 7.1.10)
- run any guest os vm
- got error
