Call History ignores "Start name with surname" option #865

Steps to reproduce the bug

Turned on “Start name with surname” option.

Expected behavior

The Surname and First Name formats are displayed in the Contacts and Call History menu.

Actual behavior

The Contacts list shows Surname and First Name, but the Call History still shows First Name and Surname format.
