Wrong client connection state shown in Unity

- I have a server started in Unity.
- A server is also successfuly running in VS Code.
Prompt anything, like "show me most recent console log. use mcp-unity"
The answer is correct, call is correct.
However inside the window in Unity no clients are shown.
They do show up sometimes, but inconsistently.
