<![CDATA[The Community Partnership Program (PKM) partner is a cooperative organizer in Panakkukang Makassar District.The problem is: (1) the management does not yet fully understand the process of good cooperative management, (2) there is nounderstanding of management about good management of cooperative capital, (3) the management does not yet understand howto obtain and use funds owned effectively and efficiently, (4) management has not yet understood the methods of analyzing goodfinancial statements in the practice of managing capital for cooperatives. The external goal is to become more effective andefficient in the cooperative management process so that it can improve cooperative performance institutionally. The method usedis: lecture, discussion, and question and answer. The results achieved are cooperative management (1) understanding thecooperative management process that is good, (2) understanding good cooperative capital management, (3) understanding abouthow to obtain and use funds owned effectively and efficiently, (4) understand the method of report analysis good finance incooperative capital management practices.]]>
